Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Group, Singapore, is seeking a Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and policy design for Microsoft Purview DLP implementations. You will drive testing, manage end-to-end delivery, and coordinate with stakeholders across countries and business units to ensure on-time sign-off.

The role requires hands-on experience with Purview DLP, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently to overcome risks and blockers while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis, Information Security, or related roles.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP – policy design, testing, and implementation.
• Proven ability to drive implementations and coordinate cross-country stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and policy design for Microsoft Purview DLP implementations
• Drive testing and validation of DLP policies prior to deployment
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from scoping through implementation and sign-off
• Engage and manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and business units
• Produce clear documentation, presentations, and status reporting for stakeholders at various levels
• Independently identify risks and roadblocks, and drive resolution to keep delivery on track

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis, Information Security, Technology Risk, Data Protection, or related transformation roles
• Strong background in requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP - including requirements gathering, policy design, testing, and implementation
• Proven ability to independently drive implementations and manage multiple cross-country stakeholders to deliver project outcomes
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in banking, financial services, data protection, or information security is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive outcomes, rather than operate solely as a project coordinator
