Job summary

The role requires strong technical expertise in test systems and extensive leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. You will drive test hardware architecture, silicon validation readiness, and manufacturing test capability while partnering with product engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Semiconductor Engineering.
• 10+ years in semiconductor test engineering, hardware development, or related fields.
• 5+ years in leadership roles supervising engineering teams and programs.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, validation, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with silicon validation, qualification, and production ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term test hardware engineering strategies aligned with roadmaps and business goals.
• Lead teams responsible for test hardware design, validation, and deployment.
• Establish standards, practices, and governance across global development groups.
• Drive innovations to improve test efficiency, quality, and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with product engineering, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers.
