Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years in technical and software deployment.
• Experience in Industry 4.0 consulting or manufacturing change.
• Proven global digital transformation delivery track record.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management and change leadership.
• Leadership in manufacturing process optimization and data analytics.
• Experience with IoT, AI, robotics, and digital platforms.
