Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading global bank to hire a Business Analyst (Digital Banking) for a 6-month contract at MBFC, Singapore. The candidate will lead digital banking projects across multiple markets, writing business requirements, user stories, and collaborating with product and design teams.

Expect strong stakeholder engagement, end-to-end delivery, and oversight of testing cycles (manual and automated) with UAT planning, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Consumer Banking / Digital Banking.
• Strong IT/Digital background with end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer and wealth digital banking projects across markets.
• Develop user stories; work with design and product teams on flows and screens.
• Review specifications with technology teams to align with business needs.
• Supervise test engineers; lead UAT plans and end-to-end testing.
• Drive stakeholder engagement for end-to-end delivery and testing.
• Support post-implementation training and issue resolution.
