Job summary
Tencent WorkBuddy is seeking a Developer Ecosystem Business Development Manager based in Singapore to accelerate growth of a global AI ecosystem. You will identify, acquire, and enable developers, SaaS providers, AI startups, data providers, and technology partners to build and integrate capabilities into WorkBuddy.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in ecosystem development, partnerships, or SaaS partnerships.
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, APIs, SaaS integrations, AI apps.
- Experience building partnerships with software vendors, ISVs, AI startups, data providers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Singapore or international markets; strong regional network.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to collaborate with global partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and enable developers, SaaS providers, AI startups, data providers, and technology partners to grow WorkBuddy ecosystem.
- Develop partnerships to integrate products via APIs, Skills, MCP, and future applications.
- Drive ecosystem growth across industries and markets including financial services, legal, education, healthcare.
- Own onboarding journey, including enablement, launch planning, and partner success management.
- Translate partner requirements into platform capabilities with Product and Engineering teams.
- Create scalable partner programs and reference partnerships replicable across markets.
