Job summary
Tencent WorkBuddy is seeking a Developer Ecosystem Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our global AI ecosystem. Based in Singapore, you will identify, onboard, and enable developers, SaaS providers, AI startups, data providers, and technology partners to build and integrate capabilities into the WorkBuddy platform.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with developers and tech vendors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard developers, SaaS firms, AI startups, data providers, and partners.
- Develop partnerships to integrate products via APIs, Skills, MCP, and future WorkBuddy apps.
- Create ecosystem growth strategies across industries and regions.
- Own end-to-end partner onboarding: development, coordination, integration, enablement, launch, and success.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate partner needs into platform capabilities.
- Develop scalable partner programs and reference partnerships globally.
