Seoulstart is seeking a program leader to own strategic programs within its global Solutions organization. You will translate leadership priorities into scoped initiatives, with clear owners, milestones, and outcomes, and run regular business rhythms for Solutions leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Solutions Engineers, Product, and engineering teams without daily coding, and requires turning strategy into executable cadences and governance for scalable AI workflows across regions.
