Job summary

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform serving developers and enterprises worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with hands-on server and GPU infrastructure procurement experience to support our APAC data center operations.

You will manage end-to-end procurement, negotiate with OEM/ODM vendors, and create dashboards to ensure timely task completion. English proficiency is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in server and data center hardware procurement.
• Direct experience with ODM/OEM manufacturers.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing supply commitments.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Ability to translate technical infrastructure requirements into procurement actions.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for new data centers.
• Negotiate directly with OEM/ODM vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Create dashboards and reports to track tasks and deadlines.
• Drive cost optimization, manage supply constraints and escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, finance and operations teams.
• Support global data centers post go-live with proactive stock planning.
