Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a seasoned Data Center Cabling Design Lead to drive the detailed design for new and existing facilities, aligning with global standards. You will manage tender processes, vendor selection, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination with Telco, Server, and Security teams to ensure rigorous, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center cabling design and project execution.
• Understanding of ISO/TIA testing standards and live data center constraints.
• Certifications in data center cabling or project management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take lead and manage cabling design for client data centers and coordinate with global teams.
• Prepare tender documents, issue RFPs, and evaluate vendors; provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams to collect cabling requirements and manage budgets.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and handover; close out O&M manuals.
• Plan new cabling requirements and manage cabling records and change management.
