CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Data Center Cabling Design Lead to take charge of cabling design for client data centers.

You will work closely with the global EDC Infrastructure Cabling Engineering team to ensure global consistency and high quality. You will also prepare technical tender documents, issue RFPs, coordinate with internal technology teams, manage budgets, procurement, logistics, installation, and commissioning, and deliver as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Qualifications

• Data center related work experience and live environment awareness.
• Familiar with ISO/TIA testing standards and regimes.
• Experience with fiber interfaces (LC, MPO/MTP) and high-density cabling.

Responsabilités

• Lead cabling design for client data centers and ensure global consistency with the EDC Infrastructure Cabling Engineering team.
• Prepare technical tender documents and specifications; issue RFPs and evaluate vendor bids.
• Coordinate with Telco Networking, Server, and Security teams to gather cabling requirements.
• Project manage budget, vendors, shop drawings review, procurement, delivery logistics, and installation schedule.
• Witness commissioning, handover, and close out cabling O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
• Plan new cabling requirements or changes in existing data centers and manage patching records.
• Oversee move/changes in existing DC and ensure material stock levels with vendors.
