Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Cabling Project Manager for Data Center (Loyang / Sunview). You will lead cabling design for existing and new data centers, coordinating with global EDC Infrastructure Cabling Engineering teams to ensure consistency and quality.

You will prepare technical tender documents, manage vendor tenders, coordinate with internal Tech teams, and oversee budgets, procurement, installation schedules, testing, and handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center cabling projects and live DC environments.
• Familiarity with ISO/TIA testing standards.
• Autocad proficiency and ability to read designs.
• Knowledge of Panduit products and racks is a plus.
• International cabling certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead cabling design for existing and new data centers, aligning with global standards.
• Prepare technical tender documents, issue RFPs, and evaluate vendors.
• Coordinate cabling requirements with Telco, Server, and Security teams.
• Manage budgets, procurement, schedule installation, and handover testing.
• Close out cabling O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
• Plan new cabling needs and manage move/change activities.
• Maintain patching and rack records; manage stock and logistics.
