Job summary

PHINIA Delphi Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd - (Singapore) is seeking a Customer Service Representative for ROA in Asia. You will manage end-to-end sales order processing in SAP, coordinate outbound deliveries, and handle billing and trade documentation to support customer clearance.

The role requires 5–8 years in customer service or sales operations, experience in an MNC, and proficiency with SAP or Salesforce. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential, with other Asian languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales operations.
• Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment; SAP/Salesforce exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing in SAP and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Coordinate outbound deliveries and shipments across multiple warehouses and vendors.
• Execute billing and prepare shipping/commercial documentation for customer clearance.
• Maintain customer master data and support shipment tracking and trade documentation.
• Prepare and monitor sales/forecast reports and outbound performance metrics.
• Handle customer claims and resolve delivery or documentation issues promptly.
