Job summary

MMC Success Pte. Ltd. is seeking a quality engineering professional to join our established precision manufacturing team in Singapore.

You will act as the primary contact for customer quality concerns, lead investigations using 8D and 5 Why, and coordinate cross-functional actions with engineering and operations to meet specifications. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management, and hands-on knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools, APQP, PPAP,

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
Experience with IATF 16949/ VDA 6.3 or high-volume manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as primary contact for customer quality concerns and clarify their specifications.
Lead customer complaint investigations using 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa with cross-functional teams.
Respond with 3D & 8D replies and verify corrective actions are effective.
Manage customer complaints KPI with Quality Engineers, Process Engineers and operations.
Analyze dimensional, visual, plating, material and process data to support conclusions.
Participate in QMS, audits (IATF 16949, ISO) and internal/external certification bodies.
