Job summary

Banyan Group seeks an internal design authority for CRM and integration technology. The role drives architectural vision across Salesforce and MuleSoft, ensuring scalable data models, robust API contracts, and governance for a large global hospitality portfolio.

The position requires senior leadership in integration architecture, SDLC discipline, and strong collaboration with Cybersecurity and Legal to manage data residency and compliance across multiple regions.

Qualifications

7+ years in integration architecture or equivalent leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Deep understanding of integration design patterns (event-driven, API-first, pub/sub, idempotency).
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud).
Knowledge of MuleSoft / CloudHub 2.0 and DataWeave.
Proficiency in at least one programming language and code review.

Responsibilities

Owns architectural vision for CRM and integration landscape across Salesforce and MuleSoft.
Lead technical design sessions and maintain architecture diagrams and data flow docs.
Define scalable data models and API contracts aligned to standards.
Identify debt and backlog, prioritise remediation and track resolution.
Review solutions with AI or external vendors before implementation.
