Job summary

StarHub is seeking a technically strong Salesforce or Java Developer with CRM expertise to deliver scalable enterprise solutions in Singapore. You will own end-to-end delivery, build responsive UI with JavaScript, and integrate systems using REST or SOAP APIs.

You will work with Salesforce technologies or Java-based frameworks, apply AI-assisted development practices, and collaborate with analysts, architects, and operations teams to ensure robust, secure solutions.

Role Summary

The candidate should have strong JavaScript skills, take end-to-end responsibility for assigned work, and be ready to adopt AI-enabled development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain CRM-related applications and integrations.


• Develop solutions using Salesforce technologies or Java-based frameworks.


• Build responsive user interfaces and client-side functionality using JavaScript.


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.


• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues.


• Take ownership of deliverables from requirement analysis through deployment and support.


• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, operations teams, and other developers.


• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and security standards.


• Support system enhancements, defect resolution, performance improvement, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

Java Skills

• Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and database integration.


• Experience with enterprise application design, testing, deployment, and production support.


• Familiarity with modern front-end or JavaScript frameworks is preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience with generative AI, AI-assisted coding, automation, or intelligent CRM capabilities.


• Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testing.


• Relevant Salesforce, Java, cloud, or AI certifications.


• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
