Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Singapore is seeking a Salesforce Architect with 10+ years of experience to design scalable enterprise solutions. You will lead customization using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers, and own integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. You will mentor delivery teams and define robust architecture patterns.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, security governance, and performance optimization across ERP/CRM integrations. CPA/CTA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience including architecture leadership.
• Hands-on customization and integration experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, APIs, and Salesforce data model.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, integration patterns, and performance.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, third-party, and legacy systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Salesforce Architect certifications preferred; CTA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead Salesforce customization using Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, custom objects, and automation.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, providing technical direction and guidance.
• Define scalable data, security, integration, and application architectures.
• Conduct solution/design reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices.
• Drive performance optimization, deployment, and platform modernization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.
