Aufgaben

• Plan officer and rating crew assignments in collaboration with the Technical Superintendent.
• Manage briefings for on-signing personnel and maintain internal/external communications.
• Oversee global crew changes in an economical manner.
• Assess crew performance reports and coordinate disciplinary actions as needed.
• Handle medical crises and crew-related issues in coordination with the insurance department.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and adhere to company protocols.
• Conduct frequent ship trips close to the regional headquarters.
