Job summary

FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency seeking an experienced Project Manager to support clients and internal teams across events and conferences. You will manage the full lifecycle from briefing to post-event reconciliation, handling logistics, budgets, and attendee management.

The role requires onsite travel domestically or abroad as needed, with collaboration across Marketing, Production, and Legal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years’ event management experience, preferably in corporate/financial environments.
• Experience with events, conferences, multi-day programs and executive-level events.
• Proven ability to manage senior clients and complex stakeholder networks.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; ability to prepare budgets and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event planning for virtual, in-person and hybrid formats.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and post-event reconciliation with financial reporting.
• Source and manage venues, vendors, contracts, travel, and accommodations.
• Coordinate registration, A/V, production, entertainment, and speaker logistics.
