Job summary

OCBC is offering a Business & Change Management Intern role within Global Corporate Banking in Singapore. The intern will gain exposure to operational and business support functions that underpin corporate banking operations and will contribute to projects that enhance efficiency and client experience.

You will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, support governance, and develop problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree and eager to learn.
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Business Support: exposure to corporate banking operations and admin processes.
• Project Coordination: assist planning, tracking and reporting of initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable project delivery.
• Process Administration: maintain project docs and reports.
• Operational Support: assist with day-to-day operational matters and workplace services.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare presentations, dashboards and management updates.
