Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, and implementation of enhancements to core banking systems.
• Assist in project planning, requirement gathering, progress tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Participate in system testing activities, including test preparation, execution, issue tracking, and validation of outcomes.
• Assist in process reviews to improve efficiency and support day-to-day activities.
• Support System Owner in monitoring and enhancing Global Wholesale Banking systems.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Prepare project updates, operational reports, and user guides.
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects and improvements.
