OVERSEA-CHINESE BANKING CORPORATION LIMITED Singapore is seeking a Corporate Actions Specialist to ensure timely processing of events across Singapore and global markets. You will adhere to SOPs, manage risk, and maintain service standards while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.

The role requires a degree in Banking/Finance or related field and relevant corporate actions experience, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Corporate Actions, Equities Operations, Custody, or Capital Markets Operations.
• Sound knowledge of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of operational risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process corporate action events for SG and foreign markets within timelines.
• Investigate cash breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions promptly.
• Ensure daily BAU activities meet SLIs.
• Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow SOPs, controls, compliance, and risk standards.
• Escalate issues and support process improvement and UAT.
• Participate in projects and change initiatives.
