Job summary

You will review dividends, rights issues, stock splits, mergers, and other market events while performing daily operational processing and reconciliations.

The role requires at least 1 year in banking/financial operations, strong attention to detail, and solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• With at least 1 year experience in a banking industry or financial operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage corporate action events for the business, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Review and process various corporate actions such as dividends, rights issues, bonus issues, stock splits, mergers, tender offers, and other market events.
• Perform daily operational and transaction processing activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct reconciliations of securities and cash positions to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and outstanding items in a timely manner.
• Support ad hoc operational initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities.
