Qualifications

Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree in Law; top-tier law school preferred.
Work Experience: 35 years of relevant working experience in law firms or in-house legal departments; in-house counsel for AItech, internet or overseas expansion preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; able to conduct contract review, negotiation and drafting in English for international business.
Competencies: Prudent, meticulous, strong communication, resilient under pressure, quick learner, collaborative in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Contract Review: Review, revise and negotiate contracts for international business; identify and mitigate risks and drive execution.
Business-oriented Legal Support: Engage with business teams; respond to legal requests and deliver practical solutions.
Corporate Structure & Compliance: Manage overseas corporate structures and ensure compliant operation of overseas entities.
Daily Legal Matters of Overseas Subsidiaries: Handle day-to-day legal affairs for US and other overseas subsidiaries.
Other Legal Matters: Assist with cross-border data compliance, dispute resolution and other international business affairs.
