Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a senior legal counsel/contract manager to lead contractual governance for international projects. You will draft and negotiate complex contracts, assess risks, and provide strategic legal guidance to the project team.

The role requires a Master’s in Law with 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and travel readiness; regional responsibilities and occasional Europe visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced academic background in Law or Contract Management with a Master’s equivalent.
• 10 to 15 years of demonstrated experience as a legal counsel or contract manager in international contexts.
• Analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to propose pragmatic solutions.
• Familiarity with major compliance programs, third‑party screening, and related analyses.
• Willingness to travel regionally (up to monthly) and occasionally to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Recommend contractual structures that enhance competitiveness while respecting regulations and governance.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Contribute to internal risk reviews, financial exposure assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Identify opportunities to protect or improve the project's financial performance.
• Support capture and preparation of variations, extensions, or related offers.
• Prepare and present contractual sections of internal approval documentation with clear management recommendations.
• Establish and update the contractual baseline from signature to closure.
