Job summary

FANTASTIC FUSION is seeking a Content Strategy Leader to develop a scalable content-production methodology across regions. You will partner with local operations teams and product/R&D to align content strategy with business goals and to drive an AI-powered automated content production system.

The role emphasizes cross-market adaptation, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with domestic and regional teams as the Southeast Asia footprint grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Professional-level working proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in e-commerce content operations or interest-based content operations.
• A clear, well-articulated framework for judging and defining high-quality content.
• Strong command of AI tools, with an understanding of how to package AI-generated content for operational use.

Responsibilities

• Define and codify the standards for what constitutes good content and produce a content-production methodology applicable across regions.
• Use AI tools proficiently for content creation and strategy generation, and drive the build-out of an AI-powered automated content production system.
• Adapt content strategy to the characteristics of users in different markets, mirroring the content-distribution logic of our domestic flagship platform into overseas markets.
• Establish a closed data→creation feedback loop, using data analysis to continuously refine content strategy.
• Partner closely with the domestic core-business product and R&D teams and with local operations teams in each region to ensure content strategy is executed effectively.
