FNDR HEADHUNTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Singapore-based GenAI Senior Digital Transformation Lead to steer AI-driven change across the APAC region. You will identify opportunities, define use cases, and scale AI-enabled workflows across client accounts and internal operations.

The role requires hands-on experience deploying Generative AI, change management, and cross-functional leadership, with travel across APAC and a governance-minded approach to risk and responsible AI.

Job Description

Our client requires a Singapore-based GenAI Senior Digital Transformation Lead to lead their AI-driven transformation efforts across the APAC region.

This is a key leadership role responsible for identifying, shaping, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions across client accounts and internal agency operations. Awareness and adoption of Generative AI has accelerated dramatically over the last 12 to 18 months, moving from experimentation to enterprise deployment.

What began as prompt-based content generation has now evolved into a broader ecosystem of multimodal models, AI-assisted production workflows, copilots, and increasingly agentic systems capable of planning, reasoning, orchestrating tasks, and working across integrated tool chains. This role is not only about introducing tools. It is about building sustainable capability: defining use cases, building and scaling solutions, embedding new ways of working, driving adoption, managing risk, and ensuring AI is deployed responsibly and effectively in a way that improves both outcomes and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with creative, strategy, technology, operations, data, legal, andclient stakeholders to identify where Generative AI, automation, and agenticworkflows can create meaningful business value
• Define use cases, build and scale AI-driven solutions, and embed new waysof working across client accounts and internal operations
• Deploy AI-driven solutions including multimodal models, AI-assistedproduction workflows, copilots, and agentic systems capable of planning,reasoning, and orchestrating tasks
• Lead large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs and the relatedchange management required to embed AI into content, operations, strategy,workflow automation, and marketing effectiveness
• Ensure AI is deployed responsibly with strong understanding of compliance,legal and intellectual property implications, privacy, security, accuracy, bias,and human oversight
• Shape AI-related commercial models, managed services, and transformationprograms for clients
• Influence change and make tangible improvements across teams, workflows,and business outcomes
• Evaluate model and tool fit across different use cases including text, image,video, audio, and research and insight generation
• Present complex ideas in simple business terms to all levels of management,including senior leaders
• Travel frequently across APAC region (approximately 15 days per month) toclient and agency offices

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an AI, Innovation, or Digital Transformation leaderin an agency, consulting, or in-house environment
• Proven track record leading the adoption of Generative AI tools, workflowchange, and capability building across multiple teams
• Hands-on experience embedding AI into content, production, operations, ormarketing workflows while balancing governance, practicality, and adoption
• Experience deploying Generative AI solutions in marketing, advertising,content supply chain, creative operations, customer experience, or digitalproduction environments
• Familiarity with agentic workflow design, orchestration platforms, AIautomation tools, prompt chaining, retrieval-based systems, orhuman-in-the-loop workflow design
• Experience with enterprise rollout of AI pilots, creative AI tools, or AI-enabledworkflow platforms
• Understanding of how to evaluate model and tool fit across different usecases including text, image, video, audio, and research and insight generation
• Experience shaping AI-related commercial models, managed services, ortransformation programs for clients
• Practical understanding of the current Generative AI landscape includingLarge Language Models, multimodal models, copilots, workflow automation,and the emerging role of agentic systems
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, operations,analytics, product, legal, and technology stakeholders
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability toarticulate complex ideas in simple business terms
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving between strategic thinkingand hands-on delivery
• Passion for and curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and their application in creative, marketing, and operational environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs and change management
• Strong understanding of responsible AI considerations including compliance, legal and intellectual property implications, privacy, security, accuracy, bias, and human oversight
• Experience in Creative Technology, Marketing Technology, or Automation leadership roles
