Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Tooling, or related field is required.
3+ years' TPM/NPI/Project Engineer experience in connectors or precision electronics is needed.
Experience reading 2D/3D drawings; GD&T is a plus.
Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, SPC, 8D, DOE.

Responsibilities

Serve as the customer technical interface, handling reviews, sample approvals, audits, and project reporting.
Lead end-to-end NPI, from project planning and sample builds through trial runs and mass production ramp-up.
Own cross-functional alignment across R&D, tooling, process, QA, production, and supply chain, managing risk.
Support process development and qualification for stamping, molding, assembly, and testing.
Conduct DFM, drawing reviews, tolerance analysis, and ECN implementation for process optimization.
Apply 8D, 5Why, SPC, DOE, and MSA methodologies to resolve yield and quality issues.
Drive standardization, capability building, and documentation.
