Job summary

Wilson is seeking a Global Compliance Manager for its regional headquarters in Singapore. This highly visible role partners with senior leadership to strengthen the organization's compliance framework and foster a culture of ethics and integrity across international operations.

You will drive the program across regions, guiding areas such as anti-bribery, sanctions, third‑party due diligence, competition law and governance, while leading risk assessments and investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, legal, risk management, internal audit or a related field within a multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural influencing ability.
• Exposure to chemicals, manufacturing, industrial or other highly regulated sectors advantageous.

Our client is a leading global chemical multinational seeking an experienced Global Compliance Manager to join its regional headquarters in Singapore. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across multiple regions to strengthen the organization's compliance framework, promote a strong culture of ethics and integrity and support sustainable business growth.

Reporting to global leadership, you will be responsible for driving and enhancing the company's compliance program across international operations. This includes providing guidance on areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, third-party due diligence, competition law and corporate governance. You will lead compliance risk assessments, support investigations, monitor regulatory developments and work closely with business leaders to ensure compliance requirements are effectively embedded into day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in compliance, legal, risk management, internal audit or a related field within a multinational environment. You should possess strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence across different cultures and levels of seniority, and experience managing compliance programs within a complex global organisation. Prior exposure to the chemicals, manufacturing, industrial or other highly regulated sectors will be advantageous.
