Job summary

Wilson is seeking a Global Compliance Manager for its regional headquarters in Singapore. This highly visible role partners with senior leadership to strengthen the organization's compliance framework and foster a culture of ethics and integrity across international operations.

You will drive the program across regions, guiding areas such as anti-bribery, sanctions, third‑party due diligence, competition law and governance, while leading risk assessments and investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, legal, risk management, internal audit or a related field within a multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural influencing ability.
• Exposure to chemicals, manufacturing, industrial or other highly regulated sectors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive and enhance the company's compliance program across international operations.
• Provide guidance on areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, third-party due diligence, competition law and corporate governance.
• Lead compliance risk assessments, support investigations, monitor regulatory developments and embed compliance into day-to-day operations.
