Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Singapore-based South East Asia Compliance Director to lead the ethics and compliance program across multiple countries, defining regional strategy and ensuring effective execution. You will manage a multi-country team and partner with regional leadership to uphold integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires ACAMS certification and extensive regional leadership experience, with travel to support country initiatives and regional programs across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse, multi-country team of Compliance Officers to foster an ethical culture.
• Define and oversee a risk-based regional compliance strategy translating global priorities to regional plans.
• Advise regional and country leadership, influence outcomes through executive communication.
• Chair regional Compliance Review Meetings and contribute to the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
• Oversee local implementation of programs such as Anti-Corruption, AML & Sanctions, Privacy, and Conflicts of Interest.
• Champion speak-up culture and deliver targeted risk-based training across the region.
• Coordinate with Global Risk, Ethics & Compliance on issues and initiatives.
• Lead due diligence and integration for new ventures, expansions, and M&A.
