PERSOL is seeking a logistics/regulatory specialist to oversee international shipments in life sciences. The role involves researching import/export and regulatory requirements, advising on documentation and HS codes, and ensuring compliant, timely deliveries across multiple regions.
You will monitor regulatory changes, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with regional teams and external partners to minimize risk and improve processes.

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Research import/export, customs and regulatory requirements for life sciences and healthcare shipments across APAC, Americas and EMEA.
Advise internal teams on shipping documentation, permits, licences, HS codes, restrictions and compliance risks.
Support and troubleshoot international shipments, including customs clearance and documentation issues.
Monitor regulatory changes and maintain SOPs, compliance guidelines and country-specific requirements.
Work with internal teams, freight forwarders and external partners to ensure compliant and timely shipments.
Support compliance reviews, risk assessments and proper documentation for audit purposes
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, International Trade, Business or related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, trade compliance or supply chain operations.
Experience within life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or clinical trials is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of international shipping, customs documentation, import/export regulations and cross-border logistics.
Experience with regulated shipments such as medical devices, clinical trial materials, temperature-sensitive products or healthcare goods is advantageous.
Knowledge of HS codes, product classification, permits, licences and customs clearance processes is preferred.
Strong regulatory research, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into practical operational guidance.
Good communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate with regional/global teams and external logistics partners.
Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
