The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of customs processes. Hybrid work location with Pfizer SOP adherence and stakeholder collaboration.
As the Customs Compliance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating customs risks, preventing penalties, and providing oversight of day-to-day customs operations across the APAC region. This includes ensuring that all customs activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable customs regulations, Pfizer policies, GDP/GMP standards, and local health authority requirements. The role also drives process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives, leading projects to identify, mitigate, and remediate customs compliance risks while enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency across the region.
