Job summary

OCBC invites a Programme Management Intern within the Emerging Business International team to gain exposure to cash management and business lending products across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. You will develop your analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills while supporting product innovation, customer acquisition, and business growth.

• Basic knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools is advantageous.
• Interested in product management, banking, and customer experience.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Support regional market scans across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia to understand competitive offerings and opportunities.
• Conduct customer and market analysis to identify target segments and growth opportunities across payments, collections, FX, and cash management.
• Assist in enhancement of cash management products, including account solutions and trade/FX offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Credit, and other stakeholders to support product launches and campaigns.
• Analyse portfolio data to generate insights and prepare management reports.
