Job summary

OCBC is offering an internship in Singapore within the Emerging Business Serial Entrepreneurs and Account Management team. You will support client engagement, assist with business development activities, and help manage sales analytics and market research tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Curious and interested in business banking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research & Presentation Development: assist in the preparation of research materials, business presentations, and management slides to support client engagement and business development activities
• Portfolio & Client Support: assist with trade renewals, call reports, and other activities that support effective relationship management
• Sales Analytics: perform data analysis and support sales management tracking to identify trends, monitor performance, and uncover business opportunities
• Market Research: conduct industry and market research to gather insights that support customer acquisition strategies and business decision-making
• Marketing Support: participate in marketing activities, including the preparation of website articles, electronic direct mailers, and campaign-related materials
• Lead Management: support the monitoring and tracking of sales leads through management reports and marketing campaigns
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on departmental initiatives, projects, and assignments as required
