MAKINO ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for machine tools. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machinery, and deliver technical training to customers both locally and overseas.

Responsibilities include installing, commissioning, calibrating new machines, responding to service requests promptly, and building strong customer relationships to maximize productivity and equipment lifespan.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or related technical discipline.
• ITE technical engineering certification acceptable.
• Experience in machine tools/manufacturing, preferably in customer service or technical support.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and machine tool operations.
• Willingness to travel overseas.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for machine tools (CNC machines, lathes, etc.).
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using diagnostic tools and software.
• Perform corrective repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure machine reliability.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new machines at customer sites.
• Conduct customer training on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
