Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, HR Consulting, Recruitment, Talent Management, Account Management, and/or Training.
• 2+ years supporting Fortune 500/global accounts across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer moments and act as trusted advisor to assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to create value engagement frameworks.
• Co-develop success plans with objectives and ROI, and cadence of communication.
• Lead large, complex implementations with adoption at scale.
• Drive greater engagement using data insights, product knowledge and industry expertise.
• Stay informed on Hiring products to meet customer needs.
