Job summary

Thought Machine is seeking a Senior Client Success Director in Singapore to drive adoption and scale of our platform, ensuring live accounts hit milestones within budget. You will orchestrate delivery across delivery, support and sales teams in multi-year engagements and maintain high client satisfaction.

You will own commercial outcomes, governance, and executive relationships, while safeguarding platform stability and growth for key accounts in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering core banking transformation programmes.
• Strong accountability for delivery outcomes and milestones.
• Experience owning or influencing commercials, P&L, and services profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client success plan from onboarding to scale and steady state.
• Ensure clients achieve contracted volumes within milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as the primary accountable for delivery outcomes across implementation, upgrades and ongoing services.
• Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation across internal and client teams.
• Lead governance forums and quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
