Thought Machine seeks a highly experienced Client Success Director to drive adoption and scale of our platform across complex, multi-year engagements. You will orchestrate delivery, support and sales teams, ensuring contracted live accounts meet milestones and budgets while maximizing client value.

Qualifications

Fluent in Thai is mandatory.
Experience delivering core banking transformation programmes.
Proven track record in managing large multi-year engagements.
Strong commercial acumen and accountability for delivery outcomes.
Ability to work with senior banking stakeholders (CIO/COO).

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end client success plan from sales support to scale and steady state.
Ensure contracted account volumes meet milestones, timelines and budgets.
Act as primary accountable for delivery outcomes across implementation, upgrades, and ongoing services.
Identify risks to delivery and drive mitigation across internal and client teams.
Lead governance, CSAT measurement, and quarterly business reviews.
