Job summary

Amethyst Partners seeks a VP/SVP, Client Integration Onboarding to lead the end-to-end onboarding of fund services clients in Singapore. You will coordinate across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Middle Office, Investor Services, Technology, and Legal to deliver seamless implementations.

You will manage project plans, data migrations, and client readiness while providing clear updates to senior stakeholders. Strong PM and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in fund services, asset servicing, or client onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading multiple implementation projects or workstreams.
• Knowledge of fund administration operating model (NAV, Transfer Agency, Investor Services).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and integration of new fund services clients.
• Serve as primary client contact during the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, trackers, and status reports.

Job description

Our client is an international fund administration that provides a range of services such as fund accounting, middle office operations etc to clients in the alternative asset management industry including private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for VP/SVP, Client Integration Onboarding and the role is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and integration of new fund services clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, project trackers, issue logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Middle Office, Investor Services, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and other relevant teams.
• Understand client operating models, fund structures, workflows, data requirements, and service expectations.
• Gather, document, and validate client requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plans.
• Coordinate account setup, data migration, system configuration, reporting, and operational readiness activities.
• Lead regular client and internal project meetings and provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage client deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and implementation timelines.
• Other ad-hoc tasks/projects related to client integration / client onboarding

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or other discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in fund services, asset servicing, fund administration, investment operations, client onboarding, implementation, or project management.
• Good understanding of the fund administration / fund services operating model, including areas such as Fund Accounting, NAV, Transfer Agency, Investor Services, Middle Office etc
• Exposure to alternative funds eg private equity, real estate, hedge funds are preferred
• Experience in project management, project and change, process improvement and implement are preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing multiple implementation projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
