Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in global payroll management and sales incentive compensation in a multinational setting.
• Expertise in global labor laws, tax statutes, and compliance.
• Proficient with ERP and Sales Compensation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan).

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end governance of monthly commission cycles with data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Define and implement internal controls, audits, and SOPs to mitigate risk across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Sales Operations to align incentive design with business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation to automate legacy processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage escalation for complex compensation inquiries and legal matters with leadership.
• Govern data lifecycle and produce analytics to inform strategic management decisions.
• Oversee commission calculation environments and ensure alignment with policies.
