Cisco Systems (USA) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Global Client Operations Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end governance of global commissions operations across 90+ countries. You will drive compliance, data accuracy, and operational excellence while partnering with Finance, HR and IT to optimize incentive programs.

The role demands deep expertise in global compensation, cross-functional leadership, and platform migrations to streamline multi-theater payout cycles and tighten internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 10-15+ years of global sales incentive compensation and payroll governance experience.
• CPA/CA or equivalent accounting designation strongly preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly global sales commission cycles across 90+ jurisdictions and multi-currency payroll transmissions.
• Govern multifaceted incentive structures including annual/semi-annual plans, multi-tier accelerators, draws, SPIFFs and split-crediting.
• Define and maintain internal controls, audit frameworks and SOPs to ensure global compliance and audit defensibility.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Payroll, Sales Compensation, and SOX teams to align incentive design with business goals.
• Architect and execute platform migrations to unify fragmented payout cycles and reduce processing time by 50–75%.
