Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of global payroll management and sales incentive compensation experience in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes compensation cycles across diverse jurisdictions with accuracy.
• Expert-level mastery of ERP and Sales Compensation systems (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan).
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end governance of monthly commission cycles with data integrity and global timelines.
• Define internal controls, audit protocols, and SOPs to align with international labor laws and governance directives.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Sales Ops to synchronize incentive plan designs across systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive digital transformation to automate and scale processes.
• Handle high-complexity compensation inquiries and provide strategic guidance to leadership.
• Govern commission data lifecycle with strong security and actionable analytics.
• Manage commission calculation environments aligned with policy and strategic intent.
