Job summary

Digital Realty Trust, L.P. is seeking an experienced program leader to manage global strategic accounts and oversee end-to-end project delivery across hyperscale, colocation, and edge deployments.

You will partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, PMG, and Implementation Services to validate scope, manage costs, and secure client approval for mobilization. Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years in operations, data centre construction, telecommunications, engineering, or related industry
• Deep data centre knowledge with strong verbal, analytical, presentation, and written skills
• Expert ability to read construction plans, one-line drawings, and construction specs
• Knowledge of construction accounting principles and vendor contracts (MSAs, AIA, service orders)
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; highly detail-oriented with strong communication
• Self-starter, proactive, deadline-driven, able to work with limited direction
• Ability to travel up to 40% for regional/global portfolio requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for global strategic accounts and provide a consolidated view of project activities
• Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, PMG and internal stakeholders to negotiate terms
• Ensure project delivery aligns with contracts and SOW requirements
• Lead kickoff coordination to align scope, deliverables, timelines, risks and responsibilities
• Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to clients
• Own client commissioning reporting for pre- and post-commissioning projects
• Monitor client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in client experience
