Job summary

Hitalent seeks a Chief AI Officer to lead the end-to-end enterprise AI transformation for the group, including infrastructure, foundation model R&D, and industrial AI applications. You will own the global AI center strategy, staffing, and cross-border collaboration with SG, China, and US R&D hubs.

The role reports to the CEO, with direct influence on ROI, policy, and long-term AI investments across product, manufacturing, sales and admin.

Qualifications

• Experience reporting to CEO/Founders at VP/CAIO level or above.

Responsibilities

• Define group-wide medium- and long-term AI vision, roadmap, and investment budgets.
• Drive enterprise-wide AI transformation with measurable business benefits across functions.
• Establish AI governance, risk control, and compliance (PDPA/GDPR) for Singapore and global markets.
• Lead global AI center from 0 to 1: site planning, recruitment, cross-region collaboration.
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary global AI organization and talent strategy.
• Present AI progress, ROI, and risks to CEO, board, and division heads.
