Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in account or category leadership within content production or adaptation.
• Fluency in local language, culture, and regulatory nuance.
• Beauty or prestige category experience.
• Experience managing AMs/PMs or junior team members directly.
• Experience partnering with a media agency to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, cost estimates, and contractual terms.
• Sound negotiation and problem-solving under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive priorities and delivery standards for your category across markets.
• Build category-specific knowledge that outlasts campaigns.
• Ensure brand integrity and compliance with local requirements.
• Own the local market delivery, brief through delivery.
• Manage partnerships and gatekeep commercial terms.
• Ensure governance cadence with weekly delivery syncs and monthly reviews.
• Identify and resolve local delivery challenges before they reach the client.
• Align adaptation work with Media’s plan and embed local knowledge.
• Lead PMs and manage workload, quality, and growth.
• Scale team capacity as volume and complexity shift.
• Own volume and budget scoping, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Track KPIs and adjust resourcing accordingly.
• Escalate issues with actionable solutions.
