Airwallex is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the global Card Issuing product strategy, shaping the architecture, APIs, and go-to-market across enterprise platforms and marketplaces. You will partner across functions to expand issuing coverage, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance metrics.

The role is based in Singapore with an in-office pattern, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, developer-friendly solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Product Management or related fields with card issuing experience
• Deep understanding of card issuing architecture and schemes
• Experience building developer-facing products and APIs
• Strong commercial acumen in interchange and regulatory environments
• Excellent communication and influence for exec and technical teams
• A data-driven, first-principles approach to roadmaps
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Engineering/Business/Finance or equivalent

Aufgaben

• Own Airwallex's global Card Issuing product strategy, solution design, technical roadmap and go-to-market execution across enterprise platforms, marketplaces and corporate spend use cases
• Lead the vision for a global card issuance platform spanning virtual and physical cards, digital wallet provisioning, spend controls, fraud prevention and real-time transaction processing connected to our multi-currency wallet
• Build developer-first APIs, webhooks and embedded SDKs or iframes that make card issuing simple to integrate, while balancing platform scalability, developer experience and commercial priorities
• Partner with card schemes, banking partners, BIN sponsors, card manufacturers, Engineering, Architecture, Design, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Commercial teams to expand global issuing coverage and navigate regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, while acting as the company-wide subject matter expert on card issuing and embedded finance
• Own the product metrics that matter, including card transaction volume, interchange yield, API reliability and latency, activation rates and programme unit economics
