Hawksford in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development Administrator to build the firm’s market position in the UK and Europe for direct investments into Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will identify partnerships, convert leads into clients, and support marketing to boost brand visibility in the region.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Business and Management, strong communication, and the ability to work with international clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder in Business and Management (or equivalent).
• Fluent English with ability to liaise with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Build Hawksford's market position in UK/Europe for Singapore and SE Asia investments through partnerships.
• Convert leads into clients by managing the pitching process from enquiry to onboarding.
• Support marketing to maximise Hawksford's brand visibility in target markets.
• Identify and organise events, workshops, and publications to promote market knowledge internationally.
• Work with global BD and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
• Be willing to work UK/European hours from Singapore and travel if needed.
