The role drives sourcing strategies, long-term contracts and spot purchases to support manufacturing operations. You will build strategic supplier networks overseas, negotiate terms, and coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliant

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in International Trade, Chemical Engineering, SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in global procurement of bulk chemicals preferred.
• Fluency in English and ability to negotiate with overseas suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and long-term procurement strategies for benzene and aromatics.
• Manage global supplier relationships to ensure security, quality and cost efficiency.
• Analyze full procurement costs across pricing, freight, inventory and logistics.
• Lead long-term contracts and spot purchases, including term negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee trade documentation and compliance for international transactions.
