Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing and brand management with exposure to all elements in the marketing mix.
• Commercial mindset with ability to link marketing initiatives to business performance.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Integrated Marketing Campaigns: build integrated plans with clear objectives, audiences, and success metrics.
• Develop agency briefs and deliver inspiring presentations during agency briefings.
• Lead and execute campaigns across advertising, PR, events, and sponsorships.
• Ensure high-quality execution across digital, social, OOH, website, POSMs; drive timelines.
• Brand Management: plan and manage brand budget with thorough monitoring and reporting; monitor health quarterly.
• Create growth plans, craft performance reports, and gather market intelligence.
• Operational Problem Solving: identify challenges, assess options, implement effective solutions.
