Job summary

Huttons Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Marketing and Communications Leader to drive integrated campaigns, elevate brand visibility, and support business growth in Singapore.

You will lead corporate branding, events, CSR initiatives, and digital content across English and Mandarin platforms, mentor teams, manage multi-channel campaigns, and partner with senior management and external agencies to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant marketing, communications or branding experience.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for content creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently in a lean and dynamic team.
• Prior people management or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to strengthen brand awareness, support business growth, and drive agent recruitment.
• Lead the planning and execution of corporate branding strategy, events, sponsorships, CSR initiatives, and internal engagement programmes.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring consistency and quality across digital, print, video, and corporate communications.
• Manage marketing campaigns across events, social media, email marketing, and retargeting channels, with a focus on performance optimisation and ROI.
• Grow the company’s digital presence and followers across multiple English and Chinese social media platforms.
• Work closely with senior management, agency leaders, business units, external vendors, media partners, and creative agencies to deliver organisational objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Allocate budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of new marketing initiatives, leveraging digital tools, AI, and emerging technologies where relevant.
• Mentor the marketing, design and video teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to expected quality standards.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.
